Coliving Interior Design Upgrade
We will visit your space, analyse your current interior design approach and suggest an improved interior design scheme, according to our knowledge of best practice coliving design. This will include revised interior layouts and material treatments, new colour scheme, lighting, biophilic elements, signage and wayfinding aligned with our 3 pillars of sustainability, wellbeing and community.
Lighting & Decoration
We will study your existing space and suggest improvements
to your artificial lighting elements and the internal treatment of your spaces drawing upon our knowledge of best practice coliving design and our specialism in creating spaces which support wellbeing and community.
Biophilic Design
We will analyse your current planting and look at how it can be augmented and approved. Using your building plants we will propose a new internal planting layout for your building
Signage and Wayfinding
We will study your existing building signage and drawing upon our knowledge of best practice coliving design work with you to propose a new wayfinding and signage design scheme for your building which optimises resident experience.
Interior Layouts & Materials
We will study your existing building layout and drawing upon our knowledge of best practice coliving design, and specialism in designing spaces which support wellbeing and community suggest layout improvements to optimise resident social interaction, increase functionality and optimise resident experience
