Wellstudio Coliving.

Palma Coliving are a Digital Nomad Coliving Operator with a Coliving/Coworking Villa in Mallorca, Spain. They brought Wellstudio on board to create a 'Kit Of Parts' Interior design scheme for their villas which would encapsulate the feeling of the brand which is half tropical beach holiday, half coworking space.

 

Wellstudio created furniture and room layout options for the shared spaces in the Villa to support wellbeing and facilitate community , Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment lists (FF&E)  for each type of space (indoor coworking, outdoor coworking, hallway, dining/living &  bedroom) as well as bespoke design elements such as a Meeting room 'pod' and upcycled furniture suggestions. They also proposed a colour scheme and paint finishes to be applied throughout which would reflect the brand's image and logo.
